Awarded the 2021 Master Builders SA, Building Excellence Award for the category of Apartments, this luxury build was a Minuzzo Project Management development in conjunction with Global Intertrade. 

As the developer MPM were team leader for the project, coordinating a collaborative team of consultants and contractors.

MPM's role included budget preparation based on preliminary designs to design development, programming, planning, construction, right through to final handover and maintenance of the building once occupied.
