Corporate History

Reno Minuzzo founded Minuzzo Construction in 1959 and through his individual vision and commitment to excellence he founded one of the leading wholly owner South Australian Commercial construction Project Management companies. The company changed its name in 2003 to Minuzzo Project Management due to finalisation of the family estate and specialising in Management of the entire process of Developing a building project. From engaging specialist consultants to deliver Development approval, working drawings, building the project and managing the project after the handover (Facility Management).

Our company policy has focussed on being a specialist contractor and providing excellence in service, buildability and performance. The company defines several major developments per year as key projects with the clear intent of providing the individual attention that projects require both in management and on site sub-contractors/suppliers. With this individual attention by management we are able to deliver a project on time, within budget, defect free and provide the client overall added value. The value adding is provided due to our focus on the individual project by the MPM Management and the careful selection of sub sub-contractors/suppliers who have the required management skills to add value to the project.

MPM is single minded in providing a quality service to all our projects whereby the client has the ability to gain more added value for the expenditure. The ability to be innovative and flexible in our approach to the building project, has been the basis and that has made MPM a highly respected and successful construction and Project Management company in South Australia.

Garry Minuzzo has been involved in the building industry since 1975 and as Director/Chief Executive Officer since 1988. He has progressed the objectives of the founder Reno Minuzzo by providing not only excellence but striving to achieve extraordinary results for the project and ultimately the client through his hands on approach. Garry Minuzzo is able to offer the project the required on-site and off-site management resources that are necessary to successfully complete the project. All sub-contractors/suppliers are individually negotiated by Garry Minuzzo, which enables MPM to have the highest standard of trade contractors that are available in the industry.

MPM has developed and attracted the highest quality of personnel. It is able to maintain a high standard of employees due to MPM’s progressive attitude in the building industry and being known as an innovator. Through this ability of being innovating our personnel are also being challenged to provide the highest standard for the project and the client. We strive to provide excellence and will not accept any other standard, which includes consultants and trade contractors.
